Apple cider caramel chocolate popcorn

Monday is the movie night. A tradition that is pretty new in time, but a small group of friends and I try to honor it each week. I love to sit in the dark, in those big comfy chairs staring at that giant screen, the room half-empty, letting the characters and the stories take you elsewhere without moving from your seat. And if the movie is not that good, we can always console with popcorn. Those found in cinemas are salted and buttered, but caramel popcorn, harder to find, are my weakness.
