For the usual column dedicated to the lighting design today we present “LightBook”, a decorative table lamp created by the Mexican deisgner Cristobal de Alba de la Pena. Not just a laser-cut light bulb inserted into a cover shaped as a book, but a conceptual project based on metaphorical representations, where the bulb is not seen only as a source of light but also as a source of ideas, and the book symbolizes the knowledge.
