Amy Hall spring/summer 2013

A nice knitwear collection is pretty hard to find, so when I discover one I’m happy to share it with you. Knitted garments remind me of my childhood, when I often wore the knitted outfits that my granny used to made for me, that somehow remind me of the pieces of London based knitwear designer, Amy Hall. The spring/summer 2013 collection offers pastel colors and details that create a net pattern on the back of the tops, in a contrast of colors and processing techniques. The materials used range from British cottons to precious silks, and the pieces are entirely handmade. I love the lavender shorts with yellow details and the turquoise pencil skirt combined with the cropped sweater, very eighties!
