Clorinda Pascale

Clorinda Pascale is a young photographer whose works are extremely interesting, depicting scenes almost always dark and introspective (which is found also in titles that in some cases are quotations from songs).
Clorinda often uses a blurred shot, modifies photo with digital technics, creating an aura of mystery surrounding her photos. She can give her shots a very personal style, freed from sterile atmosphere that sometimes is seen in the photos. The subjects (when not Clorina herself) are unusual: there are crying dolls, dried flowers, overlapped images that create one. Subject of great visual impact, which somehow manages to touch the viewer, because linking the photos to the titles, can tell things already seen and heard, as impressions, feelings familiar to human beings, with a totally new and personal print, never obvious and banal.
