Voyons! glasses

Today we introduce a concept that intrigued us and that we believe deserve the attention of professionals. Voyons!, from Canadian designer Alexandrine Lemaire, is an ecological and economic solution to the problems faced by people with sight problems. The concept is simple: reduce the use of materials and encourage the reuse in the creation of new pairs of glasses. Voyons! is a mountable pair of glasses, that allow you to change the individual parts rather than replace the entire frame. An aspect that can have a double meaning, both functional, as it allows you to reuse 100% of the individual elements, and aesthetic, because it has a high degree of customization. The lenses are set on a laser-cut aluminum frame, while the temples are made of plastic, mounted without screws, so as to be easily interchangeable without the use of tools. The packaging is made of cardboard and can be used as a case.
