Mushroom jalapeno salsa

Autumn is the best time for one of the foods that I love: mushrooms. Thanks to the generosity of friends and family, this year I was able not only to taste, but to stuff with it several times, and although my mother and my grandmother are unbeatable to cook them with potatoes, stewed or fried, I’m intrigued by this salsa that I found on “Barefeet in the kitchen“: raw mushrooms, onions and jalapeno, fresh and simple ingredients to make the most of the flavors.
