At the Galleria Moitre in Turin, on November 5th was inaugurated a new exhibition by italian artist
Marzio Zorio, called “Eventi sonici, modelli ciclici”, litterally “sonic events, cyclical patterns”, a careful study of the multiplicity of sound in space. A very interesting sound installation in which the viewer has the opportunity to challenge himself, a kind of participant observation in which he will be surrounded by multiple, ever changing sounds. Feature of the installation is just the plasticity of sound, his change depending on how it is produced and enjoyed by the observer, a very engaging and curious experience. The artist’s work is carried out on some aspects of sound communication and a different way of using it, where time, space and human action are combined.
