Halloween has passed, we can put the monstrous costumes, the vampire teeth and the witch hats in a draweruntil next year. In addition, yesterday you almost certainly spent the day emptying and carving pumpkins, and what to do with the inside? I hate throwing food, on the contrary, I like to search for creative and delicious ways to recycle leftovers, and today I propose this yummy pumpkin cheesecake with pecan crust found on “Leave a Happy Plate“. The cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, and this autumn version seems perfect for this period. Another good reason to celebrate Halloween.
