Broccoli flan in Bagna Cauda sauce

Nov 22 2013, 2:30 pm 0 Monica Bogliolo

My mom is a great cook. She managed a gastronomy-deli for years with my father when I was little, and is very good at preparing all kinds of appetizers. Unfortunately, she doesn’t like to experimenting with new recipes, but when she does, she rarely mistakes. Yesterday she prepared a broccoli flan very similar to this one found on “From BA to Paris“. Simply delicious, I’ve taken 3 times. She served it with hot melted fontina cheese, served on the warm flan, but the blogger Cristina proposes it with a classic from my region, Piedmont: the Bagna Cauda. A tasty sauce, whose main ingredient is garlic. I can swear it tastes really good, but if you want to try, we recommend to lock youself inside house and don’t meet anyone for at least two days …
