Salted caramel marshmallow

I realize that I often start my recipe posts with “one of my favorite desserts”, but I can’t help being too greedy! Marshmallows are one of the sins of gluttony that I’ most likely to commit, so sweet and with their typical foamy consistency. In Italy one can find industrial ones, but I enjoy a lot the idea of preparing them with my hands. I found the recipe for these salted caramel marshmallow on “Best friends for frosting” in collaboration with “Spicyicecream“. Perfect dipped in a cup of hot chocolate for those afternoons that lead us to autumn.
