Food is also affected by seasonal trends. You may have heard of a new soft drink that seems to be on all social networks, instafood and that every blogger seems to have tried at least once: bubble tea. It’s a typical Taiwanese beverage, which is now spreading also in Europe (particularly in the north), a mix of tea and milk, cow or soy, characterized by “bubbles”, pearls of tapioca flour. After you’ve found this key ingredient, the preparation is easy. You can do it at home, following the recipe of “Butterfingers“, blog run by Ming-Lin Cheau, originally from Taiwan.
