A particular week is ending: after I finally recovered the full functionality of my computer I’m back to give some color green to THEmag. Let’s start with a new appointment with the Friday column dedicated to lighting design. Today we show you “Suesslicht”, the lamp made from sugar, created by German designers Patric Günther and André Osthaar. A hanging LED lamp with a modern design, combining in harmony raw elements, like the butterfly nut or the coloured cable left exposed, with an elegant and unique lampshade made of sugar crystals mixed with a water base, pressed and dried, in a contrast of materials that gives life to a unique solution, which illuminates the room with sweetness.
