For the Friday column dedicated to the lighting design, today we introduce a collection created by Spanish designers Carla Cava and Jordi Poblet Pedrol from
Den Studio, (to the more careful of you, these names will not be new, in fact last year we showed their project,
Biona urban minimal motorcycles). A family of two identical lamps that differ only in size, “mum koolah” the floor lamp and “joey koolah”, the small desktop version. Solutions designed with the aim of simplifying the subject, offering a minimalist and functional design, which is easy to assemble, through the simple snap-lock of the wooden parts, inexpensive to produce and able to fit naturally into any space and location. In the video, that you can found after the photo gallery below as always, you can observe the various stages of assembly and better understand the design philosophy.
