Ra Lamp

The lamp that we want to show this week for the column dedicated to the lighting design is called “Ra Lamp”: a minimalistic lamp created by the Colombian designer Javier Espitia.
Takes inspiration from the light, the transparency, the yellow of the sun but also from who, for the ancient Egyptians, was the sun god, Amon-Ra, and his “sun disc”. Consisting of only two simple acrylic modules, is developed for an easy interlocking assembly.

Designer: Javier Espitia
