Mägi bench

A bench created by the Finnish designer Olli Mustikainen in collaboration with Jari Nyman. A solution composed of two parts, one upper and one lower. The first, through the simplicity and the purity of a geometric shape, highlights and constitutes the seat, rigid regularities of a base surface of wood in contrast with the second part, the lower one, where jagged lines seem to redraw the stylized contours of headlands and mountain environments, which not only serve as a useful support, but also create niches and spaces to store items, books and magazines.
