Light Weight floor lamp

Here we are with a new appointment with the Friday column dedicated to lighting design, today we show you “Light Weight”, the floor lamp created by the New Zealand based designer Lucinda Beamish. A lighting solution that comes from an exploration of the perceptions of weight and materiality in the concepts, thought and into the human imagination. A stalk base made ​​of wood with an elegant and essential design featuring three lighting elements, three shades in aluminum that show the weight of the light in a materic and substantial fusion, inviting the user to a touch interaction with the object.
