For the Friday column dedicated to lighting design today we show you the suspension lamp created by Danish designer Maribel Carlander. A solution inspired by the functioning of the spot used for lighting theater stages, that aims to simplify the change and the management of the direction of the light source. An essential structure composed of an aluminum shade characterized by a x-shaped slit in the upper section, which enables the locking of the electric cable and the consequential displacement in five positions. An intuitive operation that allows the orientation of the light beam as needed with extreme ease and elegance.
