I’m a big supporter of Made in Italy, I believe that “home-made” things have a more genuine taste and hate who thinks that whatever comes from abroad is cooler. But I must confess that often in the fashion field, Italian brands don’t stand for originality. Pitti in this sense was a breath of fresh air, and
Minimal was a revelation. A brand that got my eye on for a while, inserted in the best Italian streetwear shops, seeing and especially touching it live has definitely exceeded my expectations. I anticipate that the fall/winter 2013 will be a real bomb, but for now we have to “content” with the spring / summer 2013. The main theme of the collection are the all-over prints (from floral, to animalier to mix-and-match), with forays into the basketball world and some more unstructured outfits. The outerwear par excellence is the bomber, stolen from the 90′s and revisited in a decidedly interesting way.
