Chain bench

The solution that we show today is “Chain”, the bench created by the Danish designer Kerstin Kongsted. A piece of furniture which, as suggested by the name and the iconic shape, is inspired by the bicycle chain and its peculiarities. A structure made of wood, with a playful purpose and an essential design. A modular system composed of simple jointed parts, characterizing elements that, exploiting the special qualities of flexibility and adaptability, make it a multiplace sitting able to adapt to a multitude of environments, uses and needs.
