Zoe Boomer spring/summer 2012

Zoë Boomer is a fashion designer originally from Northern Ireland, who now lives and works in the creative heart of Britain, London, where she graduated from the College of Fashion in 2006. Her style has already won several British celebrities, and even Madonna, who chose Zoë for her 2008 film “Filth and Wisdom” (if I knew before, I would have payed more attention to the costumes, which are probably more interesting than the plot). The Irish Examiner newspaper even said she’s the new Stella McCartney. In the spring/summer 2012 collection, Zoë proposes a romantic woman, with a minimalist and essential style, where clean lines are the key players: the tissues are often solid colors, except for a flower pattern that is repeated on several pieces, just to enhance the oversized shapes that gently caress the body.
