Strawberry and avocado salad

After the summer break, our culinary proposals return, characterized as usual by originality and, very important, ease of preparation. Today we propose an inviting and bold flavors blend: a strawberries and avocado salad, enriched with almonds, shallot and parmesan cheese and topped with a sweet-and-sour vinaigrette, cooked by Pam from “For the love of cooking”.
