Today we want to show the new eco-design furniture for the home and original location of exhibitions and events, created by Italian designer/architect Fabrizia Zorzenon from the creative laboratory of design and temporary architecture, Officina 1159. A mini collection consisting of an elegant and refined chair, and a complement table with sinuous lines. Two models in natural light brown corrugated cardboard, adaptable to any type of environment, characterized by particularly rigid and resistant structures, obtained by the combination of corrugated cardboard strips through a thorough process of shaping and assembly, enclosed and guarded by two figures in semi-expanded PVC on both sides, available in two different colors, red and blue. The seat “Imiss” is inspired by modernist design from the ’20s, bringing to mind the harmonic plot of lines of the Barcelona chair by Mies. The table “Mohd” strikes for its beauty and character, representing with its shapes and marks, the memory of the desert sand, the curves, the dunes, the matter that seems to flow from the matter, from the soft lines of the corrugated cardboard. Eco-friendly furniture that makes of its essentiality its strength, aesthetic simplicity that gives rise to a pure form that values and rewards the matter, in a smart alternation between full and empty.
