Kam Kam is the group that unites the three Korean designers Hyunjin Seo, Jaekyoung Kim and Jaehoon Jung. A sentence that characterizes their work is “We are in the dark, made of millions of colors. We want to transform all this darkness to show every single one of its colors.”
The “dressed-up furniture” fully reflects this concept: a collection of small furniture that seems to wear their soft upholstery. It’s sufficient to “unbutton” a stool or a bench to find new spaces and new colors. A fun and innovative solution that blends elements of interior and clothing, combining the everyday actions (such as dressing up) to everyday objects such as stools, cabinets and cupboards.
