Valerie Dumaine fall/winter 2013

The Canadian designer Valerie Dumaine, before founding her own label, has been an active artist in the Montreal scene as an illustrator and pattern maker for several years. In 1998 she worked in London, in 2002 she moved to the creative ferment of Berlin and in 2004, with a great experience background, she returned to Montreal, where she began her career as a fashion designer. A taste that is affected by European influences with which she has been in contact over the years. The fall/winter 2013 collection is minimal, with unstructured silhouettes and abstract patterns inspired by the colors and forms of nature, who catch the eye with their pastel colors.
