Seika Lee spring/summer 2013

A lookbook that looks like a gallery of paintings in between naive and impressionism: this is the spring/summer 2013 collection by Seika Lee, designer of Korean origins and raised in Sweden. A designer that describes herself as an explorer of tradition and avant-garde, serendipity and intellectual rigour. The opposites that meet, merge and complement each other, to create a minimalist, essential style, but at the same time whimsical. Fluid lines, drapings and maximalism that wrap the body in a dance of fabrics, silhouettes suspended in an ideal past and at the same time very modern.
