Sechs Icons collection

howitzweissbach is the fashion label founded by German designers Eva Howitz and Frieder Weissbach, a company that decided to produce following a responsible and local logic. The collection that we present bears the name of SECHS ICONS, and can be summed up with the phrase “Lady Di meets Twiggy meets Marlene Dietrich”. The influences, very clear, are ranging from the 20s, dominated by flappers and jazz music, to the 50s and 60s, reinterpreting them with clean and minimal shapes, that wink the eye to vintage but without feeling old, on the contrary, resulting extremely modern, almost futuristic. The use of silk as the main material allows to create an interesting play of transparencies, while maintaining a solid structure.
