Folding chair by Pawel Kochanski

We start the week with the project created by the Polish designer Pawel Kochanski. A folding chair that was born as a transport seat, a concept that after a thorough study of functionality and comfort, bases its format on the severe restrictions on the measures and dimensions of luggage commonly adopted by the airlines. A clean, light and comfortable solution with an essential line, a stable, durable and easy to carry structure, made ​​of wood and consisting of four frames nested in one another, each smaller than the previous one, elements that rotate on a tubular bar creating a characterizing system of opening and closing, simple and intuitive.
