Metrie chair

The solution I chose to show you today is Metrie, the chair created by the Italian designer Irene Girelli. A piece of furniture made of wood with simple and clean lines, available in different colors with young and fresh shades. A structure that combines two distinct shapes in only one solution with an essential design: an upper part consisting of a seat and a backrest characterized by angular geometries and rigid linearities, opposed to a lower one characterized by the curves of the four turned legs, conical shapes with soft lines. A unique structure, modern and charming, that reaches its aesthetic climax when accompanied at “Maestà” table, another creation of the talented designer.
