Bibelot home decor

Mar 20 2013, 8:30 am 0 Marco Russo

The reflection of the environment, of the furniture and objects that we love to be surrounded is transformed through “Bibelot”, the decorative ornaments created by the Swiss duo Ismaël and Nathan Studer from studio I+N. The beauty sprang from simplicity, a basic structure consisting of a base in ash and wenge wood in support of a circular element in polished stainless steel. An object that is not limited to his presence but interacts with the environment, absorbing the lights, colors and shapes, distorting their perception, through the prism of its mirror, and creating abstract patterns, moiré effects with unique shades, new emotions with endless color options able to evolve an ordinary piece of furniture into a work of art.
