I came across ReComputing run by Yaroslav and Natalya Pavlysh (husband and wife designer duo) via her beautiful
embroidered jewellery. ReComputing utilises such materials as broken circuit boards, motherboards, memory cards and processors, upcycling them into wonderfully stylish jewellery, cuff links and accessories. Fun, funky and just a little bit geeky I can definitely see them being sported by fashion-savvy tech enthusiasts. I also love that they cater for men as well and the fact that many of the designs are double-sided, showing a different aspect of the original material on either side of the piece, so you get two interesting looks for the price of one! Here are a few of my favourite designs: main/feature image is of a necklace made out of a piece of circuit board, second image are earrings made out of microchips from a broken memory board, third image are cuff links made from piece of circuit board, fourth image is a necklace made from a piece of circuit board.
