Minty Meets Munt fall/winter 2012

Another Australian brand, and I have to do the game “what season is it” again. Practically: while here we’re getting in the idea of leaving our socks, they start thinking about coats. I like it, because on the one hand we have a foretaste of what awaits us in a few months, since not all European brands already come out with the winter collections, and on the other hand we can buy spring clothes at discounted prices. Today I introduce the autumn 2012 collection by Minty Meets Munt, which is already among my favorites. As for the winter we just experienced, the color of the collection is mustard, proposed on knitwear and jackets. The style is minimalist, a few patterns, skinny pants with leather detailing to match with layers of oversized sweaters. Another key point is the long skirt, that from a typical spring-summer piece turns into a must-have for the warmer days of fall. A street look easy to wear, made of garments to mix freely. Small personal note: the coat with buckles closure is high on my wishlist right now.
