Milan closets

Mar 26 2012, 8:00 am 0 Monica Bogliolo

Today I leave aside for a moment collections and designers, to talk about closets. The young Italian photographer Pietro Baroni gives life to a photographic project that seeks to tell the different faces of his city, Milan, through the closets of people who live there. “Milan closets” is a photo gallery, a work in progress that has been ongoing for a year and has already had great success among the citizens, who through word of mouth, contact Pietro to be immortalized in front of their wardrobes with doors open, to tell through their clothes and their homes, a different Milan from that of the imaginary of the posh capital of fashion. The shots made so far are 40, but Pietro is going to continue and collect all Milan closets into a book.
