THE.closet becomes THEmag

About a year ago, in July 2010, was born THE.closet. A path taken to share ideas, projects, emerging brands and designers. An extension of the personalities of Marco Russo, who lives on the web and is passionate about design, and Monica Bogliolo, who cultivates a passion for all the ways in which people vent their creativity, first of all fashion. Over time, at the two founders are added Michela Bogliolo, who writes mainly about photography, and Sofia Jeque, Mozambican transplanted to Rome, communication lover and our “eye” in the capital. In the first year we published more than 650 post, and thanks to the selection of new projects, THE.closet became one of the most popular new blogs followed by designers, fashion professionals, design magazines and fans in general. One year after its birth, we feel ready to share our creature and launch, even to ourselves, a new challenge: a call to find new contributors and to make the project grow further. And at this point, a simple “closet” is not enough.
From today THE.closet becomes THEmag. Writers will no longer be only four, but we’ll add new contributors, which we’ll present shortly. The name change, but the substance remains the same: with the help of new and fresh creative minds, we’ll continue to offer new and innovative design projects, brands and emerging designers, lifestyle, photography, architecture, art and come into territories for us new and unexplored, such as theater and food.
