Finding new talents is what I love to do. And when you happen to find a designer like this one, the search gets a whole new meaning. Introducing OMO, the spring/summer 2014, as well as the first collection, by the French label
Sprayfun founded by Claire Michel. Undisputed protagonists of her creations are the prints, hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, printed on eco-conscious fabrics and transformed into the spectacular pieces that make up this capsule. Inspired by the tribes of the valley of the Omo River in Ethiopia, the collection features oversized and sculptural shapes, almost like wearable sculptures, to feel in communion with nature and with the others, as suggested by the striking dual images of the lookbook shot by Céline Delamaire. The wooden masks and shoes in the pictures are by Nicole Le Jeune.
