Sca Ulven spring/summer 2013

I was impressed by the clean and basic style of the spring/summer 2013 collection by the brand Sca Ulven, founded in 2010 by designer Sara C. Andersson. Swedish born, Danish-trained and now based in Norway, Sara is naturally inspired and influenced by Nordic aesthetic, characterized by an extreme minimalism. The volumes are well calibrated between the upper and lower part of the outfits, alternating draped garments decidedly more sculptural pieces. Few patterns, graphic prints specially created by the designer.
