Rogue Wave collection

Oct 21 2013, 8:30 am 0 Monica Bogliolo

I usually love early autumn days, but with the incessant rain of the past few weeks I find myself to often search through the summer collections. The biggest source of inspiration are the Australians and New Zealanders brands, where the current season is the spring/summer 2013. One of the most interesting lookbook I’ve seen lately is Rogue Wave, the high summer collection of the label Stolen Girlfriends Club, founded in 2005 by a trio of coolhunters and lovers of music, underground culture and sports (two of them are former pro surfer). A riot of patterns on garments with 90s cuts, a rather indie and hipster collection with high-fashion details. My favorite pattern is the one with the pineapples, which can be found on a variety of gears, from the minidresses to the crop tops, juxtaposed with maxi pants or skirts.
