Lotocoho spring/summer 2014

One day I was wandering in the city of Luxembourg when I stopped in front a window display. There were exposed these fascinating jewels: both geometric and chic at the same time. They clearly gave the idea of the time it took to the artists to forge them, and I can just imagine the pleasure of wearing them. I searched for the artist’s name for at least a month, and then I finally found him. Lotocoho born as an idea of designers/artists duo, indeed they have been able to reinvent the concept of jewel. They took inspiration from the stylized silhouettes of the highest mountains and volcanoes all over the world and from the geometry of numbers. A work with a fascinating and elegant result.
