Eve Gravel fall/winter 2013

Also today we bring you to Canada, in Montreal, with the evocative atmosphere of the fall/winter 2013 collection by the brand Eve Gravel, founded in 2002 by the namesake designer. A multi-faceted lookbook, Gothic at first glance, with crows, skulls, heavy makeup and references to the Mexican “Dia de los Muertos” and the typical calavera. As for the real protagonists, the garments, the collection is apparently divided into parts: the first presents sculptural silhouettes and geometric patterns and plays with the contrast of black and white. We then move on to the tissues of ethnic inspiration with warm burgundy nuances, to the all-over floral patterns, as dictated by the trend of this season, a total white interval for two definitely stunning pieces, to return to a darker touch with black and forest green.
