The future milk packaging

Today we want to show the second place of the “Students Starpack Awards” of 2011 created by three Spanish designers: Fidel Lopez, Inma Lifante and Sergio Mena. A packaging created to solve the problems that are currently found in the recycling of multilayer cardboard normally used for packing milk. A solution 100% recyclable, that allows to separate the cardboard from the plastic, characterized by two parts: an external structure in 200 grams carton, which main function is to support and contain the interior, the heart of this packaging, a plastic bag or pocket formed by three layers of LLDPE that keep the milk fresh and genuine an innovative and environmentally friendly packaging.
