Not just a simple rocking chair, but a cradle, or better a safe environment, comfortable and relaxing, literally a house within a house. A solution that combines security, sustainability, functionality and aesthetics. A seat that dissipates over-stimulation of the senses, created for those suffering from movement disorders, but not exclusively for them, conceived and projected by a team of seven designers: Richard Clarkson, Grace Emmanual, Kalivia Russel, Eamon Moore, Brodie Cambell, Jeremy Brooker, Joya Boerrigter. A concept made with an environmentally friendly philosophy, which on the one hand, exploits the know-how of the famous Ikea group on waste transport (a flatpack with minimized packages) and on the other hand is composed of reusable and environmentally friendly materials, including even the glue used to form the layers of plywood.
