Tri-Angle light

Oct 04 2013, 8:30 am 0 Marco Russo

This week for the usual Friday column dedicated to lighting design we’ll show you “Tri-Angle”, the lamp created by the designers of the British architecture and design studio Tandem and presented at Designjunction during the London Design Festival 2013. A piece of furniture with a frame in ash wood with a simple and essential tripod silhouette, that like a stylized giraffe is characterized by a long neck with a cool and colorful powder coated metal shade at its end. A lamp that thanks to its specially designed structure can be placed on the floor as a base lamp, or, through the addition of two small and discrete steel brackets hook, hanging on the wall to create a surprising applique with great visual impact, a decorative element able to capture the attention in any environment.
