Stuffed Dolmas

Sep 13 2013, 12:30 pm 0 Monica Bogliolo

I have often heard talk of dolmas, grape leaf rolls tipical of the Greek, North African and Arab cuisine, but for now I have never had the pleasure to taste them. Wandering around on the web looking for a recipe to propose you, I found the blog “Della cucina povera” where Francesca, Italian-Persian based in Amsterdam, shows recipes from the various countries in which she traveled. I decided to share the “Stuffed Dolmas” recipe, but you can find many other ideas for delicious dishes.
