Street food: falafel

Nov 15 2013, 12:30 pm 0 Monica Bogliolo

There was a period for sushi bars, for organic food and smoothies, for the cake design and finger food. But now the new trend for foodies seems to be street food: it’s not unusual to see television programs and culinary challenges where improvised cooks and great chefs test themselves in the rediscovery of the simple food of tradition. We decided to propose you a classic street food recipe coming from the Middle East but now spread throughout the world, the falafel. The recipe comes from the blog “Minimalist baker“, and they ensure that is even better than restaurant.
