Nowa Stolwa lamp

Oct 18 2013, 10:30 am 0 Marco Russo

As every Friday a new appointment with the column dedicated to lighting design awaits us, today we show you Nowa Stolwa, the lamp designed by the Polish studio Tabanda. An unconventional solution that leaves the conformity of the three-dimensional shapes, transforming and reshaping the soft and rounded lines of a classic pendant lamp, in order to create a stylized structure, almost two-dimensional, where is the vacuum that dictates the shape. A 3mm sheet of aluminum, precisely cut and powder coated in six bright and vivid colors, complete with a light bulb in sight attached to a colorful cord, a suspension element that, in addition to illuminate, decorates the environment with a young and modern design which makes essentiality its peculiarity.
