Designer’s Atelier Copper Stools

Today I’d like to share these copper stools by Designer’s Atelier with their warm bronze colour and metallic sheen. I really like the sculptural, curved style of the Copper Nest Stool with its organic feel which reminds me of birds’ nests in spring or a mound of delicate spun sugar. I think the piece is a great balance between the simplicity of the overall form and the complexity of the nest design. The Copper Dots Stool is also a nice blend of contemporary simplicity with the complexity of the mass of textured pattern created by the individual copper dots. Both pieces were sourced by designer Dagmar Holubova and I think that they would add a wonderful touch of interest and a subtle warm shine to any room.
