Terranos cabinet

Sep 06 2012, 10:30 am 0 Marco Russo

A piece of furniture created by Australian designer Jack Frost. Terranos, a name that indicates a fusion of the Latin words “Terra” e “Novus”, translated into modern earth, is the result of an interesting naturalistic study of the Australian rural landscape, through the observation and manipulation of aerial photographs taken by satellite. Five spacious and functional drawers without handles, opening with a touch, with strong geometric shapes, rigid lines and sharp edges that make a distinctive and unique design, created by an abstraction of topographic formation.
