For the usual Friday column dedicated to lighting design today we take a step back in time, back in the exhibition spaces of Salone Satellite
in Milan to show you WoodTrack, the lamp created by Georgian designer Ia Kutateladze
. A floor lamp inspired by industrial big spotlights used for cinema and in theaters. A structure made of linden wood with details and elements of joint and reinforcement in painted metal, a solution that features a barn doors lampshade to direct the light beam, placed at the head of a stand with boom arm that folds on three pivot points, resting and supported by a mobile base with wheels for easy movement. A functional piece of lighting with a great visual impact that is suitable for various spaces and furniture styles.
