Sophie is the lamp that I have chosen to show you today for the usual Friday column dedicated to lighting design, a project created by the designers of the German studio LASFERA. A table lamp with a classic shape, a sustainable piece of furniture designed through a holistic approach. An artisan structure realized with innovative materials from local production, characterized by a curious reversible coat with buttons, components that work as a focal point of an elegant and sophisticated design, but also play an essential role by facilitating the opening and closing. A material that takes the characteristics of fabric, created with sheets of veneered wood from natural forests of maple and walnut. An attractive lighting solution, a lamp in perfect harmony between shape and function, a design classic that gets a new look.
