Each year, as you know, our editorial team moves for some days in London for the London Design Festival. A few days to walk in the streets of the city I love most, for a full immersion in design, and why not, to savor the English food once again. One of my favorite dessert is the fudge, sweet but not cloying, with its soft consistency, … my mouth is already watering! To avoid waiting another year to try it again, I thought I’d cook it myself, and found that it’s easier than I thought. The existing versions are many, from the most traditional to the most imaginative reinterpretations. I propose one of my favourites, peanut butter fudge, with this recipe from “Katie at the kitchen door
