Caramelized onion quiche

While you’re reading this, I’m on a flight heading to Paris, where I’ll spend three days chasing for fall/winter 2013 trends at “Who’s Next”. Therefore, willingly to submit a recipe, as usual, characterized by the simplicity of implementation, and thinking of a typical French dish, I came up with quiches. On my first trip to Paris, several years ago, I discovered these savory pies, tasting a litte like flan, a little like omelettes, and today I propose this one with caramelized onions from “Good Life Eats“.
